2. App Login

    Please login with your company email id and the temporary password received in email. 

    You will be prompted to change your password at first login.

    In case, login password is not available or forgotten, please click on Forgot Pasword link in the Login page. Enter your company email id to receive a new log-in password.



Lead Submission



3. Adding a new Referrer

  1. From App menu, select Customer.
  2. Click on the menu button at bottom right and click on the '+' button
  3. Enter Referrer Details and click on Submit button at end of the page.

        Important Note: To add a new "Doctor" referrer, please contact support team.    


   



4. Submitting a Lead


  1. From App menu, select Open Jobs.
  2. Click on the menu button at bottom right ,click on the '+' button (New Job) and select "Lead"
  3. Click on Search button and search for referrer name. Please search for referrer first name without prefix such as Dr etc. For e.g. if Doctor name is Dr Amit Aggarwal, enter Amit in the search box
  4. If referrer name is not available, please add a referrer first (See above section)
  5. Enter rest of the fields and click on Submit button at the end of the page
  6. The lead is now added and visible in Open Jobs page
  7. To submit the lead to OPS server, click on "Action" button next to the lead and select "Complete"
  8. The lead is submitted and a confirmation email is triggered.

            Important Note: Leads are submitted to OPS portal only when they are complete.

    When searching for referrers, search without prefixes (e.g. Dr) and without space. For e.g. if name is Dr. A. N. Mehta, enter anmehta to view the referrer.


 


    4.1 Equipment selection

    

  1. In the Lead form, select Service Required as "Equipment"
  2. In the "Equipments" field, click on "Select Equipment"
  3. Search equipment by ECODE or name. Click on the circle (left side of equipment name) to select or deselect it.
  4. Search and select additional equipments as in above step.
  5. Click OK after all required equipments are selected.
  6. In the next page, enter quantity and then price per unit.
  7. Submit and complete the lead.

 

           

     Important Note: To make any changes in equipment selection, please follow the below steps.

                

  • Submit the Job. The Job is now visible in Open Jobs page.
  • Click on the job name to view the details.
  • Now from the page menu on bottom right, click on edit symbol.
  • In the "Equipments" field, click on "Select Equipment" and make necessary changes.
  • Save the job. Complete the job from Actions-Complete


5. Editing Lead details before Completion

            

        This option can be used to make an edit to lead details before it is completed and submitted to OPS portal.


  1. From App menu, select Open Jobs.
  2. Click on Lead to be edited.
  3. From the menu button on the bottom right, select edit icon.
  4. Make necessary changes and select Save
  5. To complete the lead and submit to OPS portal, select Action->Complete in the Open jobs page.


 


6. Submit another lead for same patient


       To submit a different service lead for same patient, please follow the below steps

  1.  Click on Closed Jobs, and click on the Copy job button next to the Lead
  2.  A new lead form is created, prefilled with patient details.
  3.  Fill in remaining lead fields, and click on submit.
  4. Complete the lead from open jobs, by selecting Actions->Complete

     Important Note: This option can also be used to resubmit a lead in case of any error during first submission.


 


7. Submitting Lead for an existing patient


  1. From App menu, select search.
  2. Enter Patient name or phone number.
  3. Search results will be displayed, if available.
  4. Click on Copy Job button to copy the details
  5. Submit and Complete the lead

 


CHECK-IN


1. Check in for attendance


  1. From App menu, select Checkin.
  2. Click on Search button to the right of Customer Name and select Attendance
  3.  Add remarks (optional)
  4. Click on Checkin button to submit.
  5. A confirmation email is sent to user.


                Important Note: For check-in, GPS must be turned ON and in high accuracy mode. 


 


2. Check in at doctor and other referrer locations 


  1. From App menu, select Checkin.
  2. Click on Search button to the right of Customer Name and select referrer name.
  3.  Add remarks (optional)
  4. Click on Checkin button to submit.
  5. A confirmation email is sent to user.



ADD A VISIT


1. Adding a customer (doctor/hospital/dealer..) visit

  1. From App menu, select Open Jobs.
  2. Click on the menu button at bottom right ,click on the '+' button (New Job) and select "Visit"
  3. Click on Search button and search for referrer name. Please search for referrer first name without prefix such as Dr etc. For e.g. if Doctor name is Dr Amit Aggarwal, enter Amit in the search box
  4. If referrer name is not available, please add a referrer first from customer menu
  5. Enter rest of the fields and click on Submit button
  6. The visit is now added and visible in Open Jobs page
  7. To complete, click on "Action" button next to the visit entry and select "Complete"
  8. The visit job is marked as complete and a confirmation email is triggered.


 


Exiting App


1. Exiting App on Android

  1. Press Back button on phone from Open Jobs page to exit the app

                    Note:  Back Button may have to be pressed multiple times. if app is showing a different page (e.g. closed jobs or customers etc).
